This policy applies to this website and project enquiries made through links published here. Minscon Design Sdn Bhd is responsible for personal data it receives directly. Linked or embedded third-party services operate under their own privacy terms.
Personal data we handle
This website has no enquiry form or user account. Wix-managed hosting may process technical usage and device data needed to deliver, secure and measure the site. Minscon Design does not currently add a separate analytics service. If you contact us through WhatsApp or another published channel, you may voluntarily provide your name, contact details, property type or location, floor plans, photographs, project priorities and other information included in your message.
Our hosting provider and embedded services may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, referral page and access time. Please do not send identity documents, financial credentials or other sensitive information unless genuinely required and an appropriate secure method has been agreed.
Why we use personal data
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, understand a potential project, arrange discussions or site visits, prepare and administer requested services, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Third-party services and transfers
The website is hosted through Wix-managed Headless, uses Google Fonts and embeds Coohom spatial walkthroughs. It also links to WhatsApp and an external founder profile. Wix and these services may use essential session technologies or analytics infrastructure and may process technical data outside Malaysia. Their cookies, storage and handling practices are governed by their own notices.
On mobile, Coohom loads only after you choose to enter the tour. On larger screens it may load automatically when the tour section is reached.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant conversation, service, records, dispute handling or legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal data, request access or correction, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law or for legitimate record keeping.

For a privacy question or request, contact Minscon Design through the WhatsApp or founder-profile channel published on the website and identify the request as a privacy matter. We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal duties change.
